Shamu

We are learning about killer whales. They are orca whales and they are mammals. Daire sent us some pictures of when he went to sea world and he saw Shamu.

We painted a giant Snail and the Whale picture and some of us wrote about whales. We are going to paint Orcas this week and display all our whale writing and pictures outside our classroom next week.

We started GAA today. John was our trainer.It was good fun but it was really cold outside

 

Conor won a trophy when he went ski-ing. Lara won a certificate for swimming and Ella brought in a GAA medal she won a while ago.

Cake Sale and a Jersey day on Friday in aid of Haiti Relief fund.

We hope for and would really appreciate a contribution of €3 from each child if at all possible.
